CCW was established in November 2005 by a team of experienced contact centre professionals with sector experience covering the airline, travel & leisure, financial services and media industries.
We can draw on our broad functional experience across strategic planning, customer services, interim resourcing, general operations management, systems consultancy, business development and general management. This knowledge enables us to offer clients high quality consultancy and interim management support as our core service. In addition we can co-ordinate the delivery of contact centre IT solutions and forecasting systems through working with our strategic partners.
The business provides contact centre solutions and business process services
for both private and public sector clients. We work with both emerging and
established contact centres based in the UK. We also work with strategic
partners to service clients based in locations around the World.
