Both founding Directors gained considerable experience with Global Contact Centre organisations and have worked both in the UK as well as in other European countries, Australia and South Africa. They have combined experienced of over 27 years in the contact centre industry.

Christine Galant, Director & Strategic Management Consultant

Christine has 13 years professional experience in customer services and contact centre management. During this time she has gained a broad understanding and practical experience of both operational and strategic issues at a senior level. Christine’s key strength is in strategic management and how best to resource and integrate the key elements that make up an effective contact centre.

Aubrey Smith, Director & Strategic Planning Consultant

Aubrey has 14 years professional experience covering resourcing, planning, forecasting and systems integration within contact centres. Recent experience included the set up of a centralised Global Operations Department and directing all aspects of the company’s planning and performance. The result was the effective integration of nine independent contact centres into one “virtual centre” (all directed from one central office), and far more effective planning for an annual budget in excess of £25m. Previous experience has included Financial Services and the Travel & Leisure sectors, where he held systems consultancy roles covering forecasting and planning.
